| The purpose of this procurement is to establish statewide term contracts for the purchase and application of pavement sealers, rejuvenation and any associated work. Pavement Rejuvenation services under this contract will be handled in two ways dependent on the application of services. Pavement rejuvenation at the 54 eligible General Aviation Airports statewide will be handled through the South Carolina Aeronautics Commission. Pavement rejuvenation outside of those being conducted at airports will be handled through the requesting governmental entity. |
