| Description: |
The intent of this contract is to combine several different statewide or agency solicitations into one series of Statewide Term Contracts (STCs). Existing STCs will continue to be used until the end of the current term but will not be renewed.
Governmental bodies who have existing contracts that conflict with this STC may continue to use their own contracts, at their sole discretion, until the end of the current term of their contract or at the end of the total contract term, whichever comes first. However, some using governmental units (UGUs) may produce some of the products available under this contract in their own facilities or may be required to purchase some of the products from a specific entity/provider. UGUs that fall under those categories may use the affected lots at their sole discretion but must use this contract for all other lots. Vendor offerings are in the following categories:
Products offered must be currently available on the manufacturer’s published catalog. Contractors are not required to offer all line items within each category so users must look closely at each price list to determine what is on contract with each Contractor.
