Contact Michael Speakmon for MMCAP membership information. Shipping is included in the cost of the product. Flu vaccine should be pre-booked January - April each year for delivery in August - October. DO NOT SIGN ANY DOCUMENTS THAT CONTAIN ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS Products may vary by Contractor.
