Version 2.0 incorporates all changes made since the initial draft version issued in 2006, including all changes made with Ver. 1.1 and the 2015 Interim Clause Set.

SCEIS: Except as follows: the contents of this version parallel the contents of the database used by SCEIS to generate solicitations using Document Builder. As of May 4, 2015, the update to the SCEIS database of clauses has not been completed, nor have the updates been tested against the original to confirm their accuracy. We anticipate completion of this task this month. In addition, the versions of the Cover Page in SCEIS do not match those appearing in the Compendium. We do not yet have a date on which they will match.
