The Division of Procurement Services currently offers training and support material for South Carolina government procurement officials. For more information about the training program, click on the program overview button above. 

Please note: The Division of Procurement Services does not currently offer training for suppliers. Please see the Doing Business With Us section of the website for supplier-related information.  

The SCOPES learning Management System is the primary way for procurement officials to register for classes, receive training materials, and track their learning in SC. Any procurement official who has registered for a training since 2023 has already been added to the system. Accounts are disabled after one year of non-use, but can be reactivated upon request. To access SCOPES or register for an account click on the Get Access to SCOPES button at the top of this page. 

SCOPES sends automatic reminders and notifications about courses. Please have your IT personnel whitelist scopes.noverant.com to ensure that they are received.
