SCPro

We are continuing our efforts of migrating data from the current SCEIS system to SCPro.  To ensure successful data migration for contract attachments, a communication was distributed in reference to migrating contract attachments to SCPro that may impact your agency.  Please see the link below that includes valid file types that will be accepted in SCPro. SCPro is preparing for Go-Live in November. Having successfully completed User Acceptance Testing (UAT), we are now entering the training phase of the implementation.

Our training approach includes two key components:

• Train-the-Trainer (TTT): Teach the teacher. This training prepares designated trainers or super users with the knowledge and skills they need to support and train others on the SCPro system.

• End-User Training: Teach the person who will use the system. This training focuses on the employees who will directly use SCPro in their day-to-day roles and ensures they are prepared to perform their responsibilities in the new system.

The goal is to ensure our trainers are confident and prepared to support their teams, while end users have the knowledge and hands-on experience needed for a successful transition at Go-Live in November.
