Welcome to SCPro

SCPro is a new web-based procurement system that will result in greater purchasing efficiencies statewide and will improve access to business opportunities by suppliers and small businesses.

What is SCPro?

South Carolina Procurement (SCPro) is the new online procurement platform for sourcing competitive solicitations, contracting, supplier management and procurement activities for the state of Carolina. Once fully implemented, it will be available to all agencies, suppliers and other government entities through the state’s South Carolina Enterprise Information System (SCEIS).

What will SCPro do?

  • The new solution’s functionality will encompass the full purchasing, sourcing, contracting and related processes with integrations to SCEIS ECC and other ERP systems.
  • SCPro replaces the current SCEIS Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) tool and will include a virtual marketplace that consists of online supplier catalogs which state agencies, local governments and political subdivisions can access to purchase goods and services.

When will SCPro start?

SCPro will launch with an initial group of agencies July 1, 2025. Agencies included in the initial launch are non-inventory and non-plant maintenance agencies.
