Material Masters
BEING MIGRATED TO SCPRro
Material masters are being migrated into SCPro for use on solicitations and contracts.
DURING THE MIGRATION FREEZE PERIOD:
- No new material masters can be added.
- No changes can be made to existing material masters.
Any material master requests submitted during the freeze period will be held until the freeze period is complete.
Suppliers
BEING MIGRATED TO SCPRO
Suppliers are being migrated into SCPro.
DURING THE MIGRATION FREEZE PERIOD:
- No new suppliers can be added.
- No changes can be made to existing supplier records.
- No changes to ACH (direct deposit) banking information. However, if current banking details need to be removed to receive check payments until after the freeze period, contact the State Treasurer’s Office at 803-734-2101.
AFTER GO-LIVE:
Suppliers will complete new registrations and changes in SCPro.
What is SCPro?
South Carolina Procurement (SCPro) is the new online procurement platform for sourcing competitive solicitations, contracting, supplier management and procurement activities for the state of Carolina. Once fully implemented, it will be available to all agencies, suppliers and other government entities through the state’s South Carolina Enterprise Information System (SCEIS).
What will SCPro do?
- The new solution’s functionality will encompass the full purchasing, sourcing, contracting and related processes with integrations to SCEIS ECC and other ERP systems.
- SCPro replaces the current SCEIS Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) tool and will include a virtual marketplace that consists of online supplier catalogs which state agencies, local governments and political subdivisions can access to purchase goods and services.
