| The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a source of supply for the purchase of Axon Taser equipment and accessories. This contract is established as a percent discount off the manufacture’s catalog. Any changes to the catalog price are automatically incorporated into the contract, but the contract percent discount (4%) remains the same. This contract also incorporates future changes to the manufacturer’s products, and their associated pricing, automatically. For example, the manufacturer discontinues producing item X, and replaces it with item X-1. The old item is removed form the contract and the new version is added. |
