| The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a term contract for service award pins for recognition of South Carolina state government employees. These pins are given to state employees as awards for 10, 20, 30, 40, and 50 years of service. The State has chosen not to alter the design of these pins in order to maintain consistency. Pins must be of the exact same design as the attached drawings. The State will not consider any adjustments or alterations. |

| GOLD BASE RATE: 1. Gold Base Rate will be at the close of September 30, 2021 at the rate of $1,753.70 2. The Contractor shall calculate prices based on the final gold price per ounce as published by https://www.kitco.com at the close of the business day on which the purchase order was received. 3.
