Pricing:
A. All price adjustments under these contracts shall be based solely on the month to monthchange in the Average of the “Asphalt Binder Index Adjustments” for PG 64-22 as publishedmonthly by the SC Department of Transportation.

B. Any upward or downward change in the “Asphalt Binder Index Adjustments” will be appliedto the established contract price on the tenth day of the month for which the changed pricesare published as follows:

1. For PG 64-22- full amount of change
2. For CRS-2, CMS-2 & CRS-2P/2L emulsions - change per gallon shall equal.00277 times the change in price of PG 64-22. The constant .00277 is based on65% residual and 235 gallons/ton of PG 64-22.

C. It is understood and agreed that orders will be invoiced at the established contract prices ineffect on dates orders are shipped.

D. Updated pricing will NOT be reflected in this document. Users will need to refer to the current pricing document at this link. Click on the link for the contract you are using and that will take you to the contract page with the current pricing in an attached file.

Delivery:
All items shall be delivered within one day (24 hours) after receipt of purchase order. All deliveries must be accompanied by printed delivery ticket showing certified scale weight of materials.

• Lot 6 – Beaufort, Berkley, Charleston, Colleton, Dorchester and Jasper Counties
• Lot 7 – Aiken, Allendale, Bamberg, Barnwell, Calhoun, Clarendon, Hampton, Orangeburg and Holly Hill Counties
