Description:

The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a source or sources of supply for the printing, distributing and direct purchasing of diplomas and academic honor awards for the South Carolina Department of Education (SCDE). This would include supplies and services for agencies, higher education, K-12, cities, counties, and other government entities.  The scope shall specifically include: 

  • South Carolina high school diplomas and Adult Education Center diplomas 
  • Academic honors award diplomas. 
  • South Carolina Act 155 Diplomas
