Description:
Below are the contracts for Grounds Maintenance Equipment Phase II which includes the following types of equipment up to 75HP:
  • Tractors
  • Loaders
  • Excavators
  • Skid Steers
  • Crawlers/Dozers
  • Ditchers/Trenchers
  • Sweepers
  • Transportation/Utility Vehicles

The following contracts cover only the equipment and associated attachments and accessories which are defined as:

Attachments: Items that enhance or contribute to the performance of the piece of Equipment. Examples include but are not limited to Side Mowers or Generators.

Accessories: Items that are added to Equipment that provide user comfort or aesthetic value, but do not enhance or contribute to performance or functionality. Examples include, but are not limited to, radios, air conditioners, or canopies.
All 2-Cycle equipment may be delivered FOB Destination, unassembled in the Manufacturer’s carton to be assembled by the user/purchaser. All 4-Cycle equipment shall be delivered FOB Destination, assembled, serviced, oiled and ready for immediate use.  The installation of items such as Attachments and Accessories that need to be installed by the contractor prior to delivery may be invoiced to the end using entity as a separate line time on the invoice at contractor cost plus no more than ten percent (10%).

Contractors agree to accept payment by the South Carolina Purchasing Card for no extra charge for all payments up to two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500.00). The purchasing card allows state agencies to make authorized purchases from a vendor without the requirement to issue a purchase order.

  • Lot #1: Transportation and Utility Vehicles typically associated with grounds maintenance, Tracked Carries w/Dump Body, 4x2, 4x4.
  • Lot #2: Compact Tractors, Wheel Type, Utility, 4x2, 4x4 up to 75 PTO HP.
  • Lot #3: Tractors, Wheel Type, Utility 2 & 4 Wheel Drive up to 75 PTO HP.
  • Lot #4: Skid Steer, Landscape, Compact Wheel Loaders, Compact/ Mini Excavators, Telescopic Tool Carries Loaders, Crawler/Dozers, Utility Work Machines, Ditchers, Sweepers-including Ride On, Compact/ Mini Crawler Loaders, Compaction Equipment, Vibratory Rollers, Vibratory Plow, Trenchers (Walk Behind & Riding), All Terrain/Rough Terrain Forklifts no larger than 10,000 lbs. carrying capacity, Slope Mowers (Walk Behind & Riding)
  • Lot #5: Trailers – Maximum 20 Ton Ramp, Enclosed or Tilt Type, Dump for use w ½, ¾, and 1 Ton pickup Trucks, Skid Steer Loaders Trailers, Landscaper Bodies for Cab & Chassis.
