| This is a multi-agency contract not a State Term Contract. Only state agencies listed in the participant's list may participate in this contract. State agencies who would like to be added to the list should contact the procurement manager listed above. Willis Towers Watson has been selected as the broker for Cyber Insurance. The insurance is needed to cover first- and third-party risks related to unlawful electronic security breaches, fraud, financial loss, reputational damage, regulatory intervention, and other causes of loss. Services expected to be provided include, but are not limited to breach event response, crisis management, and other available services. The coverage will mitigate damages if a data breach occurs. The Contractor will assess and advise the using agencies on its data breach or cyber liability insurance needs, including breach event response and other available services; will advise on how to structure a program; will obtain detailed proposals, including price quotes, from insurers for Cyber insurance, and present the proposals to the Using Governmental Unit (UGU) for acceptance or rejection. |
