Description:

Each of the Contracts includes a Discount Percentage Off the Remainder of the Gould & Goodrich Catalogs as they Relate to Holsters, Belts, & Duty Accessories Only. The catalog may include additional items; however, the only items covered on these statewide contracts will be duty holsters, belts, and duty accessories.

NOSUBSTITUTIONS
No substitutions of catalog items shall be authorized unless previously agreed to by the agency/department. Contractor(s) may deliver equivalent merchandise if requested items are not available when required, but acceptance or rejection is the prerogative of the using entities. Prior authorization must be obtained before shipment and delivery.

PRICING PROVISIONS
Pricing must be provided for each unit and shall not be qualified with a required minimum order. Quantities provided in the Bidding Schedule are estimated annual usage and may vary depending on the needs of the using agencies.

Pricing for belts shall be provided as a single unit price for the size range provided in each respective line item. Offers will not be accepted that provide different prices for different size range.
