| Privileged access management is the creation and enforcement of controls over users, systems, and accounts that have elevated or “privileged” entitlements. Privileged access management technologies focus on providing granular authorization of users to systems and accounts, auditing and recording attempts to access, and vaulting and rotating the privileged account’s credentials including passwords or key/token-based authentication to proactively monitor and control privileged account activity, intelligently identify suspicious activity, and quickly respond to threats across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid infrastructure. Cyber Ark is the designated Manufacturer of the products and services under this contracty. The scope includes software, installation, maintenance, and training related to the current approved product lines outlined below.

An “Enrollment Agreement for South Carolina Public Entities” must be signed by each Public Procurement Unit or Exempted Entity wishing to be a participant and countersigned by the Licensor.
