Debt Collection Service has been established for all Using Governmental Units (UGU) of South Carolina. Examples of assignments include but are not limited to delinquent taxes, delinquent accounts, insufficient funds, housing debts, parking fines, tuition agreements, telephone bills, library fines, emergency loans, student health centers, student loans, and governmental accounts receivables. The established maximum for Non-Litigated is 25% Non-Litigated Accounts - No Bond Required Non-Litigated Accounts - Fidelity Bond Required The established maximum for Litigated is 40% Litigated Collection Fee - No Bond Required Litigated Collection Fee - Fidelity Bond Required |
