PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

Any services provided on an hourly or daily basis must be approved by the designated Procurement Officer prior to the performance. The UGU end-user must request approval from the ITMO Procurement Officer prior to issuing a purchase order that contains any services provided on an hourly or daily basis. The request for approval should be submitted via email and should outline the services to be performed. UGU end-user must receive ITMO Procurement Officer’s express approval via email before issuing the purchase order.
