The purpose of this contract is to establish sources of supply for the purchase of mattresses for all State agencies, Higher Education institutions and local public procurement units within the geographic limits of the State of South Carolina. Products offered shall be new, unused, and in current production by the Contractor. Mattresses should be appropriate for use in various settings including, but not limited to, university, military, fire station, prison, and recreation.

THIS IS A NON-MANDATORY CONTRACT
The following items are EXCLUDED from the contract and under no circumstances will be sold under the contract:

●  Used, remanufactured or refurbished products
●  Furniture
●  Non-mattress catalog items i.e., bed linens and other products
●  Items within other State Term Contracts
