The Consolidated Procurement Code, which is available on the General Assembly's web site, appears in Title 11, Chapter 35 of the South Carolina Code of Laws.
Procurements subject to the Procurement Code are also governed by procurement regulations promulgated by the South Carolina Budget and Control Board. These regulations, which are available on the General Assembly's web site, appear in Article 19 of the South Carolina Code of Regulations. The Procurement Regulations begin at Regulation 19-445.2000.
